Pick a trait/characteristic/aspect of the problem/challenge b. Make a list of nouns. In this case I will supply them. You can randomly pick words from a dictionary or ask each person in your problem solving group for one or two each. c. free associate words that are sparked by the individual nouns d. relate final associated words to look for insights into the problem Problem/Challenge It has been raining and overcast in your town for two weeks.
