A piece of wisdom I learned from a creativity consultant from South Africa in 1979 still holds true in my life.

"All words in all languages are predominantly metaphors. Change your metaphors and you will change your life", Oz Swallow.

This week change a metaphor a day in your life.

a. list the alphabet
 
b. write down a metaphor (blank is like blank) for each letter
 
c. choose one either randomly or consciously that may be like your life
 
d. briefly describe your life through that metaphor (6 to 12 reasons)
 
e. randomly choose another one from the list
 
f. briefly describe your life through that metaphor (6 to 12 reasons)
 
g. then live your life that way that day whenever you can
 
h. at the end of the day think about what changes your noticed

It's your life. Choose to be creative and help others to be too.
