Introspection and internal search seems to lead to further developed intuition. This Challenge is meant to help you capitalize on the strength of introspection and internal search into problems.

Take a few to 15 minutes each day Monday to Friday and examine pieces of your life. Choose 5 different times or events or groups/categories of events (Holidays, particular holidays, birthdays, graduations, births, deaths. beginnings, endings).

Choose one each day and think about it intensely for up to 15 minutes. Record your thoughts, recollections, observations, ahas in a journal, your year 2000 Developing My Creativeness Journal.

1. Relive the events as much as you can in your internal search
2. focus on recalling various sense memories, details
3. analyze what it felt like at the time
4. analyze what you thought about it at the time
5. think about what you learned from the experience
6. consider what you would do differently if the same experience occurred again.

One thing that most to all noted creative people from nearly all occupations, professions, fields or arts around the world had or have in common was/is that they spent/spend great amounts of time introspecting their lives and in one form or another recording the results of their introspections.

May this be the most creative and greatest joy-filled year of your life and the beginning of the greatest portion of your life.
