Remove the Most Important to Create New Ideas
Cre8ng Challenge
2000 - 25
Unfortunately my luggage is still en route. I flew Stand-By on both of my
flights yesterday and so did my luggage. My luggage somehow didn't make
both flights, while I did comfortably. Hopefully it will arrive on today's
morning flight to Athens, Georgia. In my luggage are my pile of notes,
note cards and handouts from CPSI. In them is the name of the presenter who
shared the technique that sparked this idea. I will provide complete
reference next week.
First consider a challenge.
Second list all the aspects or parts of it
Third remove one or more of the major or most important aspects or parts
Fourth using what is left generate a list of ideas or ways to achieve the
desired results without the major or important parts.
Do this each day with different challenge or by removing different parts or
aspects.
