This Challenge is a simple one that may produce great results for you. It may also prove to be very challenging.
Start by making a list of 15 things you do habitually each week.
- drive to work
- shave or put on your make-up
- eat your meals at specific times
- put your clothes on in the same sequence
- watch the same television shows

Use these and fill in the remaining 7 or create your own list of 12 things you have particular habits about doing.
Write the 12 items on index cards, one per card.
Shuffle the 12 cards several times.
Deal 5 hands of 3 of the cards.
Without looking at any of the hands paperclip them in sets of 3 or put rubber bands around the 5 sets.
Randomly choose one for each day and mark the set with the day of the week.
On Monday pick up the 3 and choose to deliberately do each of the 3 habits in new ways or order.
At the end of the week make notes of how you felt doing the different things differently.
Have a creative week.
