Poof and It Happened!Creativity Challenge 2001 #1This is a great week to generate lists of wishes and dreams you will strive for during the next 12 months. "It You Conceive It, Believe It, Your Will Achieve It!" Walt Disney, Zig Zigler and others have been credited with this statement. Many people have accomplish their goals from practical ones to seemingly impossible ones by accepting and working this basic philosophy. My experiences with highly creative people in many fields has shown that they at least unconsciously practiced the philosophy, whether they would accept it publicly. So let yourself dream this week for 15 to 30 minutes Monday through Friday. MONDAY
Dream about wonderful things just for you personally. Imagine
yourself sitting and reviewing 2001 next January 1st and writing down
dreams you have completed, begun, partially achieved. Use as many of
your senses as you can: see, hear, taste, smell, feel, sense. TUESDAY
Dream about great things for you at your job. WEDNESDAY
Dream about great things for your family: father, mother, brother(s),
sister(s), aunts, uncles. THURSDAY
Dream about great things for your education: formal and informal.
Imagine what you will learn/have learned, the books you have read or
written, the skills you will learn or have learned, the classes you
will take for fun or for your career or job. FRIDAY Dream about great things for your neighborhood, town, city, state, country. Once you are done pick one from each day that fits your overall life goals and commitment. Write them down and keep them with you at all times to check on every so often. Put the rest away in a file to be looked at next December. Happy New Year to you. May it be the finest and most fun year you have every experience. If you are experience very serious and intense challenges now may your creativeness help you discover peace, joy and occasional fun to make it easier to deal with your challenges.
