Go Somewhere New in Your MindHallo folks.
I landed in Johannesberg yesterday at 9:00 am their time after 17
hours traveling from Atlanta on top of the 2 1/2 hours I had traveled
from Athens to Atlanta. Now I am in the Kingdom Hotel in Victoria
Falls, Zimbabwee. Tomorrow we move to the Safari Lodge. During the
other 3 days we will go to Chobe, a natural animal area in Botswana
and hopefully we will also go into Nambia and across the gorge to
Zambia.
Whenever you can I highly recommend that you travel places you have
never been.
This week I am challenging you to travel to the other 5 continents
via video, web, books, magazines.
MONDAY
Choose one of the other 5 continents you do not live on and take a
virtual trip for an an hour using as many of your senses as you can.
Eat at a restaurant that serves food from one of the countries.
Listen to music from that same country. Look through travel
brochures, magazines, rent a video, surf the web about countries in
that continent, find some makes. Read some a book from that country.

THURSDAY
Choose one of the remaining 2.
FRIDAY
Choose the remaining 1.
