Since 1976 while I was a practicing licensed architect and graphic designer
I became a volunteer teacher of 23 academically gifted elementary school children (K – 5).
My late oldest son, Jeffrey Alan Black, was one of the 23 and was in the 3rd grade at Plumosa Elementary School where he and my youngest son, Scott was also a student in Kindergarten.
Over the first few months I read many articles and books about GIFTED EDUCATION and TEACHING in General.
That began my drive to where I have been the past 39 years
focused on the
DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE WORKPLACES
thru the development of skills, tools, techniques, processes
LEADING – COMMUNICATING – TEAMING – CRE8NG
During those 39 years I have studied the work of many people
and created my own concepts, principles, learnings, and SYSTEMS
which this menu is devoted to sharing with you.
