Each year for several years I have created 4 NEW! basic programs focused on developing skills in a) Creative Thinking, b) Leading, c) Communicating and d) Teaming for clients from individual companies or organizations to conferences to executive development programs to university courses.

IDEAS ARE EVERYWHERE WAITING TO BE FOUND – IDEA COACHING

Today’s workplaces are filled with challenges and potentials for unlimited numbers of ideas at the same time.  Yet most ideas are never expressed or shared in meetings.  As leaders we need to help generate and gather more ideas from our employees during our meetings from one on one to large general meetings.

ORCHESTRATING YOUR PEOPLE – LEADING TODAY’S UNIQUE MIX OF EMPLOYEES

Today’s workplaces are filled with the most unique variety of employees from age to gender to education to ethnic background and as leaders we need to integrate this variety to achieve more successful results.

- – - -

S.T.I.R. IT UP – TELL, SHOW, INVOLVE  & REACH ME – COMMUNICATING TO BE BETTER UNDERSTOOD TODAY

Whether we say it or write it or simply listen or read it we need to improve our communications in both directions more today than ever before.  Communication is a truly active sport and needs all of us involved at all times.

TEAMS ARE INDIVIDUALS DOING THEIR BEST TOGETHER – Integrating the skills, knowledge, talents and abilities of many people together

Though we are paid for our individual work efforts it is our combined team efforts that truly make the greatest difference in our workplaces.  Too often we hold back from giving our best so that we FIT IN WITH THE REST.  The best leaders learn how to capitalize on the individual strengths of all employees while integrating their unique strengths, skills and knowledge.
